A Message of Support and Looking ahead to New Adventures
To my dear clients:
I recognize the impact and uncertainty that the COVID-19 crisis is creating in our families and communities, and my heart goes out to all who are affected directly and indirectly.
I want to send out a sincere thank you to all of you for trusting me for your travel needs and sticking it out with me in this difficult situation. As the dust settles, the travel industry will have suffered tremendous losses. In the meantime, with the help of my suppliers, we have negotiated favorable terms and put measures in place to protect your investments in your future adventures, and I know that what we are left with at this time is more disappointment than disaster.
The end is not yet in sight, but I am proud of the way my colleagues and partners in the industry have approached the problem and relaxed their policies to allow those that are unable to travel to retain the value of their bookings and those that are dreaming of future treks to far off destinations to book without fear.
I hope that as we have navigated this process together, you recognize that I am on your side, I am your advocate, and I will always push for the most favorable outcome. I hope that my contacts in the industry and my vision of what was happening on the ground helped to take away some of the fear and uncertainty while making decisions about upcoming travel.
