She has a keen eye for crafting vibrant cultural expeditions – perfect for both seasoned connoisseurs and curious newcomers – in destinations such as Provence, Tokyo and Patagonia, to name a few.  She creates meticulous itineraries to include a historical sense of place, hiking and active adventures, food and wine experiences, wellness or just leisure time. Her clients include multi-generational extended families, couples, friends and solo travelers who travel frequently.

Whether travelers seek wildlife on an African safari, art treasures in Europe, spectacular bike rides, sunrise yoga, or local food and music spots, Sam tailors the experience to their specific interests, timeframe and budget. She loves knowing her clients well and understands the importance of quality time away. She easily manages all of the moving parts and leverages her extensive international network to provide the best guidance and execution of: destination and properties, logistics, unique access and experiences, insurance and emergency support - which allows her clients to just relax, enjoy, and create lasting memories with their fellow travelers or on their own.

When she is not exploring new and long-time favorite destinations, she splits her time between Chicago and La Jolla with her husband, Joel. They have three adult sons and a mini-Australian Shepherd named Clover. Prior to being a travel advisor, Samantha was a marketing consultant to financial services firms.
